Claim declined

I am very much disappointed in bidvest…after so many ups and downs trying to find them to give me feedback…I insisted that I won’t hang up until I connected to the claims department..My car was not engaging gears…the lady by the name of Victoria told me that they cannot approve my claim as the clutch(after the dealer found that to be the problem) is not connected to the gearbox…While I was shocked..she continued by mentioning that there is nothing they can do.I asked her to explain what they cover and she dismissed me by continuing to apologise…she even remarks of saying that I couldn’t have damaged the clutch..I asked myself if she was a mechanic..What a poor service from Victoria, Tiisetso and the crew. They treatment was bad as if they were doing me a favour not mentioning belittling as well
