Calm process of claiming insurance

I have put on a claim on line and the consultant came back to me and nicely advised me about what would be required for the claim to be processed, send me an official claim form and I am so happy with the tone of the consultant because she was professional and remorseful of the stressful situation I am going through, so so far so good, i will proceed with the claim and I will take it from there.
