Bull**** tyre and rim insurance

Got a puncture and tried to submit a claim with tyre and rim guard. I sent an email to claim but got no response from the team. I tried to call them but waited more than an hour on the line without any available agent to help me. Now I'm stuck with a flat tyre bt they are quick in deducting my money! I tried calling the number 2x this morning without any success.
