Bogus Bidvest Scratch and Dents

I am quite appalled by the level of service Bidvest Insurance has given me. I have a scratch and dents cover with them from which I lodged a claim after accidentally scratched my car on pillar while parking. This happened mid-December. I lodged the claim and submitted all documents required and pictures of the car (all sides) and of the damage. They have been requesting the same photos of the car over and over again telling me about photo resolutions, seemingly the photo do not meet their standards. Nowhere in the policy wording do they say the policyholder should take pictures of the car at certain resolution. I have a budget phone that takes pictures at 16MP - pity I cannot leave a pictures here so one can tell me what they cannot see from the pictures. Do they require pictures from high end phones?
