Bidvest wouldn't join yourl again

This is my second time coming on here. I am so upset with the was bidvest car insurance has dealt with my complaint. My partner contacted bidvest cancel as they have been no help in our time of need but they have still tried to tale funds from his bank account and now he is left in over draft. This is very upsetting to wake up and find that your account is not how it used to be. And it is all bidvest fault. We are still waiting for the complaints team to contact us but no joy. I do not know what to do. We have followed everything they said and canceled even got a confirmation but they still want to take the money. Were is the logic in that. I want my money back or im taking this further..
