Bidvest warranty Payout

I certainly would not recommend the warranty offered by Bidvest. I had to pay a claim and 4days later the money still hasn’t reflected on my account. I have called multiple times speaking to different t people and everyone promises to call back and never does . The consultant who was initially handling my claim was Ashley and after I pod I sent the proof of payment . Bidvest stopped responding now I hve to lose money by calling them daily . Everyone states the money was paid and I hve requested proof of payment that no one is willing to show
