Bidvest Warranty Is a ****

I have been paying the warranty for over two years. I have never claimed, the one time that I had a legitimate claim. They refused to pay out, using a catch all nonsense clause to "justify" that the component is not cover by my policy. When it is according to the policy. To say I am disappointed and appalled by the service would be an understatement.
