Bidvest warranty insurance running away.

I have been so frustrated with the way Bidvest warranty insurance has been treating me. Last month I had mechanical problems with my car and I took it to a registered RMI company. I paid everything as that is part of my Insurance terms you can pay and claim for reimbur*****t later.

The claim for reimbur*****t I submitted, on the 20/04/2022 i received a called informing me that they were ready to payout the invoice, but RMI company informed the insurance to pay me as on their side they are already sorted. They asked for proof and fortunately the email with proof was sent same day.

After waiting for insurance to payout and they just disappeared as it was approaching month end of April i sent a follow up email about what is holding back the payment no answer. Then last week i called on 04/05/2022 unfortunately all their number weren't available to claim or account i wasted my airtime R100.00 listening to music later they asked to leave my number someone will get back. On 05/05/2022 I received a call informing the update that my claim was never allocated with anyone it is still there but no one is taking that into consideration.

Past weekend I complained on their Facebook page they acted yesterday as they normally does to prevent their image on the future client as they are done ******** me. So I waited for payment as they said, they were ready to payout then for company fixed my car but guess what they will never disappoint when it comes to excuses. I was asked the proof of service record for my car but I am covered with Bidvest for warranty remember they were ready to payout the company by 20/04/2022 now that it must come to me the payment the spinning of a dias must start.

I am hugely disappointed with them as I am paying them alot for my premium and I get such treatment. On 25/04/2022 my car went in for mechanical check up the quote was sent on 26/04/2022 up until now they have not rad it and approve nothing. It's a ponzy scheme promising to help relieving stress as they advertise that warranty but they are a pain in the butt.
