Bidvest Warranty Cover- *********, inefficient, ineffective!

Be careful of the Bidvest warranty cover, it's a *****! 1) They tell you of cover of 20 000, only to find that a component can be covered for only R1 000.

2) They claim to cover your towing, only to make you pay additional amounts for towing whilst you are within their stipulated km radius!

3) They decline claims with valid merits, and don't attend to queries!

After years of a premium paying relationship, they have ruined things by trying to hide behind policy wording (which I specifically went through), when its now their turn to pay!
