Bidvest Warranty Cover

To the victims good-day,

Please please refrain and walk away from this appualing "service" from Bidvest. They are happy to debit every month but when it comes to delivering on the policy they WON'T. I took my car to Audi Center Westrand on 22 July 2019, they pointed out that the oil pump needed to be replaced failure of which will result in catastrophic damage. UAI Solutions and Bidvest refused to replace it and I was only alerted after a week of my car being at Audi. On the 27 November my car broke down as a result of those covered components and they refused to pay my dealer. Please dear reader find yourself another reputable service provder as these guys are not in the business of serving you but only themselves. Appualing is what they are. They blatantly refuse to pay for the oil pump but what about the cam shafts that broke ? Guess what they evaded that by not even mentioning it.
