Bidvest useless insurance

Useless poor service. Debit didnt go off on the debit date or the next day. I still spoke to a consultant and she said it would reflect wait till Monday. I never wait I did my eft straight away at 8.30am but despite doing and sending my proof of payment. They still cancel my insurance and when I call they admit the fault is in there side but a week later and nothing is done still sitting with no cover but they still take your money nicely.
