Bidvest tyre insurance ripped me off

I have never been this upset, I took out a tyre and rim insurance with Bidvest. I had an unfortunate incident where I had two tyres and two rims damaged. I put on a claim, I can't believe that first of all they only approved one tyre and one rim. Reason being that the other tyre had a bubble. For the tyre they approved they approved R500, and the tyre costs R2900, and for the rim they approved they approved almost 50% of the cost. I think this is ridiculous, first of all even the guys at the tyre store are in disbelief as they say I have more than 50% of the tyre thread remaining. So I have been ********** by Bidvest. I never get it with insurance companies. It is all fun and games when we pay these premiums, but once we have to get the benefit of what we have been paying for we have to be frustrated. What is even more frustrating none of this was communicated with me when I took up the cover. They said the bubble is not covered as per what what, i do not even know how that was communicated with me, As i would have never accepted that. A bubble to me is an irreparable damage.
