Bidvest tyre insurance is useless
I have a Tyre policy with bidvest insurance, it's been 3 weeks trying to get hold of them. After submitting my claim but no response whatsoever to my emails, and when I call in they always busy I have never missed a month without paying them. But in time of need they don't want to assist Tyre damages are unforseen circumstances that one encounters I am really disappointed in bidvest and wouldn't recommend it to anyone My next step is canceling this useless policy
