Bidvest tyre insurance is a ****

Bidvest made contact with with after i complained at hello peter, they asked me to resend the documents and pictures of claim which I did, they are not asking that I send clear pictures. How am I going to get that tyre and take pictures because I already changed my tyres after they did not help me with my tyres.i submitted claim a year ago why would I have kept the tyres. There is now no communication or whatsoever . I am very disappointed and hurt as I took the claim hoping I will be helped when I need tyres.
