Bidvest Tyre Insurance insurance not able available

I had the absolute worst experience with Bidvest Tyre Insurance, and I'm compelled to share my frustration. I reached out to them for assistance, and the ordeal that followed was beyond frustrating.

After countless hours on the phone, being passed from one department to another like a hot potato, I still couldn't get any help. It's baffling how a company that claims to offer insurance can be so utterly unresponsive. It's like they have no sense of urgency or respect for their customers' time.

I've never felt so helpless and frustrated dealing with an insurance company. It's as if they think my time is worthless and my problem doesn't matter. I could have accomplished so much more in those hours wasted waiting for their assistance.
