Bidvest Tyre Insurance Does not Pay Claims

Bidvest Tyre Insurance rejected my Rim Claim, After going through that long complicated claiming process. I was Asked to Provide a Video for my Rim Damage in order to assess the claim, i did that, Sent the video showing that the Rim is indeed Cracked. After few days, i got feedback that my claim was rejected because the rim is scratched. The Video shows well that its not a Scratch, its a Crack. I launch a complain, no one came with feedback regarding re-assessing my claim. I would advise if you're looking for a Tyre and Rim insurance, do not go with Bidvest, They don't pay claims, They always find a way to reject. After paying my premiums for 11 months... Its a waste of money.
