The claiming process is a nightmare, not paid within the guaranteed 24 hours and claim assessor not responsive at all you must call for feedback, they want a whole Lot of papers how is one expected to be running to police station for affidavits and after claim submission there’s goal post shifting and always seeking reasons not to pay.

They don’t pay for a tyre with a bulge and in South Africa potholes are everywhere and how does one get to pre-empt or determine the level and extent of the damage?

Wouldn’t advise anyone to consider Bidvest tyre claim insurance , most useless product

Claim was handled first by Sabelo and transferred to with no notification whatsoever then later Thobela Gumede both was not helpful at all, no feedback provided , a regret due for cancellation
