Bidvest Tyre Insurance
My experience with Bidvest Tyre Insurance has been extremely disappointing. It has now been 7 working days of constant back and forth, with me having to call every single day just to follow up. Despite all the effort, there has been no clear communication, no proactive feedback, and no resolution to my claim. The lack of efficiency and customer care is unacceptable — insurance should give peace of mind, not endless stress. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Bidvest Tyre Insurance to anyone.
