Bidvest Tyre Angel Nightmare

Bidvest Tyre Angel is an absolute nightmare. I placed a claim for pothole damage on the 28th June 2025. Ever since then I am being given the run around regarding the claim out come . I sent all the documents requested on the 2nd of July and on the 3rd of July when I followed up I was told there is a missing time on one document so they sat with the documents and didn't say this until I called! I fixed this and sent the documents on the same day and ever since then I have called every single day and if I am lucky enough to get through then I am told claim is with the assessor. I am thoroughly annoyed! I have been driving around for two weeks with a spare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
