Bidvest tyre angel insurance the worst

I had a blow out, 2 tyres and a rim. Submitted the documents and was pomised call back within 24 to 48 hours. No call. Then one conaultant says i should juat install, another says no. So i calle today but everyone is at a christma party ao no one can assiat. For crying out loud its tyres i cant drive with no wheels. People donot take this policy. They will give you the run about.. So now no they are closed and can only assist on monday. Thats 4 days time. I really at my wits end. Do not deal with this company.
