Bidvest Tyre Angel Insurance ****

This is the most uphalling backward insurance company in the country. First i had to wait some 10 minutes on the phone before anyone could take my call, after I actually redialed reception and had to be rerouted. Next was the famous we will send you a form to fill and you send it back...all for a tyre. Who still does that? turnaround time to approve your tyre repair is supposed to be 48hours, but no need, I had to call them back for any feedback. Last straw, after send a 3 page form including pictures and million details about the car, the claim is declined because the "tyre separated on a dirt road and I was supposed to have driven on maybe a South African road and hit a pothole". The fact that the tyre damage occured as a result of a sideway skid on a 4km dirt road, in South Africa, doesn't count. What a joke? Now I must decide how to damage the tyres, forget the concept of an accidental damage. You guys suck! Keep my premium for the last few years and cancel this stupidity called your tyre insurance.
