Bidvest Tyre Angel Insurance/ Policy

This is to notify of how disappointed I am with the Bidvest Tyre Angel. Firstly everyone should know that this so called insurance will be at no help should you hit a pothole or breakdown in the road. you would have to find a way to assist yourself and this is irritatingly process you will have to follow: 1. should you need a tyre urgently you would have to buy them yourself and hope they would approve later. 2. You need to register a claim and they will send you documents to take to the tyre shop, this is for them to check your tyres and fill all the require information and stamp the documents. At this moment you still don't have the tyre. 3. Then you need to upload all of these documents online and wait for their response.

I did all of this to be told that my claim will not be approved cause "My tyre has a bubble". the same bubble caused by the impact of the potholes.

I deeply regret all my money that I have invested in you, your service is beyond disappointing.
