Bidvest Tyre Angel & body policies are NOT PAID EVER, WORST 'DONT BUY

The worst service provider ever, I bought the Tyre Angel and Scratch & dent policy from them 4 years back whenever you call them for claim their team keep rolling the calls and dont answer any queries, When they sold the policy they never shared the claim procedures and I didn't even receive the policy documents. Recently I had a flat tire and I went to Tiger Wheel & tires and Fixed it, Now I called to claim and they are asking me to give them flat tire pictures and invoice from the fix. I got the invoice which mentions about the flat tyre from Tiger wheel & Tires and now this claim lady was so rude and kept repeating about the procedure about pictures which wasn't shared or told to me at the time of policy purchase. How come Tiger Wheel & Tires fixed my flat tire if it wasn't flat, are they ***** or Bidvest insurance is fooling people around by asking information or process that is not shared. I strongly condemned their business and ask people to don't buy any policies as they wont get no claims.
