Bidvest Tyre Angel

Good day,

I have lodged a claim Monday 21 August 2023 to Bidvest Insurance Tyre Angel for 2 new tyres. I had a flat Tyre Monday at work my spare is not in a good condition so I need 2 new tyres. I have heard nothing from Bidvest Tyre Angel and it is now the 24 August 2023. Imagine I had a flat allong the road and I call in for assistance I would still be waiting my life could be in danger. It is very frustraating you take out insurance with this people and they make all these empty promises after they have taken your money they can not provide you with decent service.

Hellopeter please assist, I need these tyres rather urgent.
