Bidvest Tire Insurance is a ****
I am very disappointed at Bidvest Tire Insurance, I have claimed damaged tires last year around August 2021 for my BWM F30 and I was taken from pillar to post, I have submitted all the required documents including the pictures of all damaged tires, thread gauge, quotation and Bidvest form that shows which tires were damaged but until today nothing happened, I phone Bidvest more than ten times talking to different people, I believe that they are really there to **** their customers.
I would not encourage anyone to take up this insurance, due to anger I ended up reversing my December 2022 premium, and guess what happened, they just sent me a cancellation letter to say that my insurance was canceled. So disappointing, I do hope the insurance ombudsman can really deal with this insurance due to its reputation.

This is really frustrating, acknowledging the fact that I have long submitted this claim, having submitted all the required documents and was taken from pillar to post without any solution being offered! I would really appreciate your call and I will keep on sending updates in relation to the above complaint about the whole process.
