BIDVEST THEFTBURSTER

I was introduced to Bidvest Theft buster, a first in South Africa by a lady from the sales department at Bidvest who had assisted me with the purchasing of my motor plan warranty. At first I was sceptic because I didn't think I needed the cover but I decided to sign up and paid a mere R100 a month, I've had the cover for almost a year and in March 2022, I had an unfortunate experience of a smash and grab. My car's windows were broken into, a laptop, a bag pack, wallet, cellphone and cards were lost.

I reported the incident with Bidvest, because they had promised to cover the damages in such an incident and Boy did they not come through like a weather? They replaced my window glasses, sent an authorization for a new phone, waleet and back pack, also, they sent me forms to fill in, to get the cards and ID replaced. I was really excited for the convince they offered, few days later, they sent me a beautiful package, inside, was a new cellphone and a debit card worth R2000.

We live in uncertain times in SA, crime dominated with ********* all over and if there's ever a time needed a time to get your self covered with a theft buster cover, it's honestly now!!

The consultants were absolutely amazing, the constant communication with clients regarding the update of the claim is really admirable. I never needed to communicate with them to enquire, I'm glad I joined Bidvest and thank you for an excellent ssrvice you offered me. I'm definitely gonna spread the word.
