Bidvest Shorfall Cover unfair
Beware of Bidvest insurance shortfall cover. They do everything and use flimsy clauses in their documents to try and justify their actions. They are really against the principles of Treating Customers Fairly as intended by the FSCA. They insist on a valuation that does not make sense but so long as it serves them money they insist they are right which I consider cheating at the barest minimum.
