Bidvest Service Policy

On the 10th August I spoke to a consultant regarding contact information for another Nissan dealer to be able to claim from my service and warranty policy that I have. I was told that it would be sms'd to me, which did not happen. On the 19th of October I once again posted a message that I needed the information. Instead of just sending me the information, I received an e-mail highlighted in RED that the information was sent to me by sms. I was eventually told in an e-mail on the 24th of October that they have sent an e-mail to the claims department. It is now the 25th of October and I still have not received the required information. My car is due for a service, but I still do not have the details for Nissan to be able to claim for the service.

Is there anybody at Bidvest that can assist me with this information? PLEASE?

Thank you, Candice sent the required information to the Nissan dealer. This could have been avoided if the information was sent to me when I requested it.
