Bidvest service amazingly useless...why am I not surprised
Took out a Legal policy 03 August 2021 I phoned this morning form some advice. 27 Sept 2021. Was told that my policy has not been activated. Phoned a lot of numbers was shunted from pillar to post and still no joy . At last someone from *** phoned me 15h31 and oops can't help will report this to have it sorted out. What would have happened if I needed them for an emergency legal issue...nothing!!! Can't complain about their service...there is none.
