Greetings. I am very Impressed with Bidvest Scratch & Dent . Whenever i called them my calls were Answered within a minute or 2. Staff are always very Cool and Down to earth not too Formal but yet Proffessional.

I personally was Dealing with Mr Thabani Khwele from Claims Department. His Customer Service was great. Wenever there Seemed to be a slow down he made his best attempts to push Forward.

I really appreciated this wenever a Company Follows up on there Clients wich means they Truly Care. This is Exactly what Mr Thabani Kwele Did.

I would Highly Recomend Bidvest Scratch & Dent as they Promise what is Offered. Customer Service is also Good. Very Punctual. So i say its an Excellent Investment !!!
