Bidvest Scratch and Dent Policy

I am a policy holder of the unfortunate Bidvest Scratch and Dent policy. I have taken out this policy sometime in 2019, and tried to put through a claim which they rejected, not understanding the policy I accepted this. Then again another claim was submitted a month ago and the same thing happened, they sent it for review and came back with rejecting the claim. I have given them the benefit of doubt and retained this policy however they are absolutely useless. Even now with trying to cancel the policy I have been cut off twice telephonically, e-mails have been unanswered. I would suggest NO on to take this policy as you will only endure frustration as the service is very bad.
