BIdvest scratch and dent pathetic

Had the most appalling experience with the bidvest scratch and dent insurance. I first battled to get hold of them on the 13 July 2020 when i got hold of them they told me "IUA BUSINESS SOLUTION" deals with all their claim related issue, i contacted iua they gave me the claims procedure where it included me taking pictures of all sides of the vehicle including the roof (but my claim was for the front bumper) i did all that and obtained a 2x quotes stating that one of the quotes is my preferred panelbeater. On the 17th of July they responded to my email telling me they can't open the pictures it shows *******ed (obviously emails can only accommodate certain size of pictures) but i resend them the pictures till this our im still waiting for a reply from them, i ended up sending my vehicle in and repaired it out of my own pocket i will be getting the car on friday to anyone that's considering to take the bidvest scratch and dent policy first check alternatives.
