Bidvest Roadside assist failing to assist and to replace a tyre.
I have bidvest contract insurance from 2021 ,and on the21 October 2022.I got a tyre puncher ,I called for assistance and I couldn't get help from their call center nor road assistance.
So now when I quiry Bidvest says they will only cover 46% of the cost and I should pay the rest.And they are silence about the cost I have for their lack of roadside assistance.

Please note that your Bidvest Insurance Tyre Angel policy does not offer roadside assistance, this is not listed as a benefit as is the case with some of our other policies (please contact us if you are interested in these).
With regard to the delay in processing your claim registered in October 2022, this is because the required information / documents were awaited to process your claim and once received, we processed the claim immediately.
