Bidvest Nightmare...Be careful!!!

I took out an extended warranty last year. To my surprise, my claim was rejected last week. What's the point of having an extended warranty then having claims rejected. I politely asked Bidvest to cancel my policy with immediate effect, of which they gladly adhered to. However, they have not responded to my request of getting a refund because the product does not cater for my needs. The salespecially agent will make all promises to get you to accept. Guys be careful when it comes to Bidvest. I am stuck in a situation where i cannot get my car fixed because I do not have cash...money that I invested into an insurance company for days like these. Bidvest, please attend to my request for a refund as urgently as possible.
