Bidvest motor warranty

I had a mechanical breakdown, called and they towed my car to the nearest rmi garage. At the garage they asked me to pay 2500 for them to strip my engine I called bidvest they said I must pay it since it's my car which I did.It took them 21 days for them to process my claim and they were only paying a lousy 5000 while I had a quote of 28k they said I must pay the rest. I then asked for them to tow my car back home they gave me a quote and said I must pay for my own tow which was 1200. I lost 3700 and my car is still not fixed .I'm canceling this warranty **** because my money is being debited every month for nothing nje.
