Bidvest Mechanical Insurance is a ****, I have had my policy for 30 months and haven't missed a payment, when I asked for help, I was rejected help and tow service, DURING an emergency. I will never work with Bidvest Insurance again. All they do is tell you no, then go do research after the critical time to see if you qualify, then they want to try to apologize and re-compensate you. Bidvest Insurance please pay my contributions back so it can cover my car repair and my Tow truck I paid for.
