Bidvest Mechanical warranty Insurance loaded a debicheck on my account without my consent

They loaded a debicheck on my account without my consent, When i call them to refund me and cancel the policy. They refused to pay money that is deducted as if i owe the company. Anytime i have money in my account they take money without agreement.
