Bidvest Mechanical Warranty Claim

Bidvest is the worst when it comes to claims, they are unreliable and they are so quick to selling you their products but take forever to process claims, good luck to people who are trying to claim for mechanical repair, your car will be repaired but you will wait for your claim to be assessed for weeks with no communication to clients while the car is at the workshop being charged storage waiting on the payment to be made, i had to pay for myself because i was left without a car, now it is a mission to reimburse my money, every time i called for follow up, my 1st assessor went on leave, another assessor got appointed, weeks later i followed up the 2nd assessor was on leave, i am now on the 3rd assessor, and my claim is from November 2024, we are going into February 2025 i am still waiting.
