Bidvest Mechanical Warranty and Tyre Angel are a Hug Wash sales of policies giving false cover and no results

I have a Mechanical Warranty and Tyre Angel Policies with Bidvest from March 2023 till to date. I submitted a claiming the 16 October 2023 for the Oil leak in the engine and other parts that started to fail. Claim number: *** was then rejected due to engine oil leak not covered yet the policy taken covered oil leaks (voice recording available from Bidvest upon the start of the policy) and other mechanical parts of the engine..Bidvest is just selling nonsense and making money out of my premiums and many other people. I suggest that The ombudsman assist in this case and that people should not be part of Bidvest policies especially the Mechanical and Tyre and Skretch policies as you will be paying premiums under falsified conditions of cover.
