Bidvest is Nowhere to be found for Query/Claim

I, and my family were offered a Life Policy in 2013 which we took, They have been deducting the money since then but all the contact numbers provided on the Contract and Policy documents asay they do have our policies but the money is still being Debited, I have been trying to get hold of Their Policy Administrators for about 6 months now and still not getting any help, I just get sent around from Person to Person
