BIDVEST Insurance unable to provide feedback

I have a Tyre Guard cover insurance with Bidvest Insurance . I submitted a claim with them after hitting a pothole which damaged the side of my Tyre. They referred me to IUA for claims as they have appointed IUA to deal with such. IUA then discovered that the Policy that i have with Bidvest Insurance states that the size of the tyres on my car is 15\ which is incorrect as my Polo Vivo 1.4 is having 14"tyres. IUA explained they cannot go ahead with my claim while there is still a discrepancy. They requested Bidvest to Amend the Policy in order to go ahead with the Claim. for two weeks now after many attempts from IUA"
