GONE 6 MONTH BIDVEST SCRATCH & DENT HAS STILL NOT AUTHORISED MY CLAIM -THREATENING TO REPORT TO THE OMBUDSMAN DOES NOT BOTHER THEM I have been battling with Bidvest Insurance since July 2025 for 2 my minor claims Scratch and Dent : - Up to this day my car remains unrepaired. i have been paying for a number of years and this was my first claim - it over 6 months with no success
