Bidvest insurance mishandle the policy
On the 30 of July 2021 bidvest Insurance cancelled my short-fall insurance policy without any consultation with me, after I made a claim in May 2021 to avoid my claim, even after several attempts to contact Bidvest insurance, they never get back to me regarding my policy. Is such disappointing for such reputable company like bidvest insurance to act in a liability and ill treat the clients in this manner. I'm very disappointed to see the company of this caliber to mishandle the policy of client and show very high form of negligence. Is very unfair treatment
