Bidvest insurance is trash, trash, trash

Wish I had read the reviews before paying a full year for insurance with Bidvest. I got a claim approved under one supplier but submitted a second claim with a different but more affordable supplier. That's when they noticed that there was incorrect information on the form and refused to acknowledge that they had missed it in the previous form. All I pointed out was that it was approved with the errors then suddenly the call escalated. When Nompilo got tired of being aggressive, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and her colleague told me that Nompilo hung up because I wouldn't listen to her. Safe to say I'm done with Bidvest Insurance.
