Bidvest insurance is the worst..don't insure with this insurance
Bidvest - the worst insurance company
I am about to lose my car and bidvest did not attempt to assist me in getting my car back. They approved my car to be sent to a mechanic and that mechanic now wants to send my car to be auctioned. The ombudsman said that the mechanic was not registered and neither was he supposed to charge me for storage fees until mediation proceedings ended or for the stripping of my vehicle. I didnt need Bidvest to pay for the repairs of my vehicle but they should have atleast assisted me with getting my car back. They have left me to deal with an unprofessional and unregistered panelbeater who is rude and threatens me every time I speak to him.
I would not wish for anyone to insure with this insurance company as they could lose their car and risk their car going to an unregistered panelbeater.
I will continue to tell everyone I meet and keep posting about the worst insurance company and I will soon go to the press with my story so that no one ever goes through what I went through.

The people of South Africa need to know that Bidvest insurance is very dangerous, you do not care about what happens to your client's property. Actually, you do not even lift a finger to help. You work with *****ed people like Mr. Vishnu Moodlely who is not even registered with Motor industry ombudsman and you do not care whether the clients are ****** in the process, yet you are the ones who brought ****** in their lives. You just abandon them in the hands of those wolves to do to them as they please.
It is sad and disappointing to think that we as clients join your insurance thinking that we can trust you but you are *******. To me this is *******ion and I'm convinced that this is how you operate, surely I'm not the first one to be in this painful position.
I never knew Mr. Vish Moodley but Bidvest insurance sent him to me like a tower "Bidvest club MacCarthy" as according to the agreement that if I experience a breakdown you will send a tower to tow the car, that same person is now claiming my car to enrich himself and you are doing nothing to help me to get my car back as your client.
I would say again to people of the Republic of South Africa, especially Black single women!!
