Bidvest Insurance is offering a Pathetic service

Bidvest Insurance is offering such a pathetic and a disappointing experience to their customers. I submitted a tyre claim on the 28th of October and still to date they are giving me a run around. I have spent a lot of money calling them to make a follow up but even their call center agents are rude. Bidvest you do not fail in collecting premiums but now when we claim it's an issue.
