Bidvest insurance is bad

Bidvest tyre insurance is ridiculous! The service is so bad. They don't explain everything in plain language, they deliberately make it so difficult that you take it as you don't have a choice and when you claim or need to claim it becomes rocket science! I'm so disappointed in bidvest insurance!!! It's needs a overall! Why offer such a service, but you make it difficult for customers!!!
