Bidvest insurance is a huge ****

Bidvest tyre insurance is a bunch of *********** fools I took out tyre insurance about 4 months ago , i fitted brand new tyres 2 months ago and this weekend i hit a pothole. Damaged 2 mags and 2 tyres , i claimed now to repair the wheels and they declined the claim sending the worst excuse in the world i can't even make any sense of the letter . I cant make out what is the reason , according to the claims manager because i hit a pothole and damaged the wheels

I took this out as an extra insurance ... because of potholes and specified it clearly when taking it out ...
