Bidvest Insurance is a ****

They're the worst insurance I have ever sign to, they claim to have the tyre insurance or insurance as a whole but they don't want to pay when you claim. I have few insurance premium with them, and I have made a claim to the tyre and rims insurance. Since I have sent a claim for a tyre repare in january even now I haven't been helped but they're deducting money every month. Now when I call them they put me on hold and end up hanging the call, they must be removed from the SAs insurance list :(
