BIDVEST INSURANCE DISHONEST EVEN IF POLICY WORDING IS CLEAR

Dishonest and looking for excuses to decline claims after initially approving, even if Policy wording states clearly that claim is inline with policy wording. Assessor even though CALLS are recorded insist that he cannot find the person who initially assisted me after consulting with her manager approved the claim ,even when their calls are recorded. Assessor could see the details of the details of the person who initial took my call but claimed throughout the call that he cannot see the persons name, witch he miraculously could get after I persisted. Shifted responsibility to customer and later service provider. I am cancelling with BIDVEST INSURE they are dishonest.
